AWARD WINNING SOFT CHEESE

Garlic and Pepper

Soft, fresh pasteurized vegetarian cheese. 200g in size. A soft, small, fine and elegant cheese. It is ripened for just two to three days. Salt is applied to the surface of the cheese directly. Very attractive with herbs and spices on the outside. Try Cracked Black Pepper, Provencal Herb, Seven Pepper, Cajun flavour or Garlic and Pepper.

  • "I really enjoyed the award winning cheese with some dry white wine! thanks again" Ann
  • "Just to say I bought your Cracked Black Pepper cheese for the first time at the Stroud Market last Saturday. I had 10 for Sunday lunch and your cheese was one of those on the board. Thought you would like to know that it was a great success and friends asked about it and it was the only one to be finished up, I should have bought more!" Angela
  • "Just wanted to say that the Seven Pepper Fresh Soft Cheese I purchased went down a storm with both myself and my parents. I'll definitely pick up another tub next time I’m up in Swindon." Lavan
  • "..how lovely they both are - we had some today for lunch with some fresh crusty bread. The Seven Pepper one has such a clean taste with a warm pepper wrapper outside." Jane

HARD CHEESE

North Wiltshire Loaf

North Wiltshire Loaf. The cheese county was the low lying rich pasture to the North and West of Wiltshire. North Wiltshire Cheese was highly sought after in the 18th century. With the coming of cheddar cheese the Bath and West Society supported a world wide campaign of instruction in making it. This, together with the coming of the railways, which could convey liquid milk to London, meant the disappearance of North Wiltshire Cheese. Until now……A semi-hard cheese, smooth and creamy on the outside and crumbly in the centre.

  • "By the way my wife informed me this morning that she liked your cheese especially the hard cheese. Since my wife loves her food I would take that as an endorsement..." Steve
  • "Had the cheese this evening with big red apples and cream crackers loaded with butter and washed down by a nice German hock. Ab fab." Chris
  • "The cheese you let me have a couple of days ago was delicious - I ate most of it on the 1st day. Very well balanced flavour." Liz

BLUE CHEESE
Brinkworth Blue
.
This is a creamy blue cheese and my personal favourite. It is soft and quite sharp when young but mellows to have a deeper blue flavour as it matures.

  • "I remember the mould being not too strong and the white cheese tasted like real Parmeggiano - superb. We scoffed the lot." Nick
  • "The blue is lovely and creamy, not too strong so just right for lunchtime eating. We both commented on the wrapping - simple and neat - displaying the cheeses and nothing else - great all round" Jane

Wiltshire Blue. This is a medium strong soft mould ripened cheese. It is creamy and light and becomes spreadable as it matures.

  • "You said it had still to be given a name. All our family considered that it was the best cheese they had ever tasted. Have you named it yet and where can we buy more? We all thought that it should be called Wiltshire Delight." Brian
